Interactive Designer
Responsible for a combination of graphic design, web design, marketing presentations and collateral. Supports the Creative Director with the consistent creative translation of Jingit brands and DNA. Works both independently and collaborates with others to bring creative concepts and designs to life as defined on a project basis. Projects include all customer touch points, including public-facing websites, mobile apps, web assets and product collateral as well as some corporate collateral. Responsible for day to day deadlines and communicating with the marketing and interactive team.


  • Create and produce design projects from website interface design, mobile app interface design as well as social media or other online marketing campaigns
    Implement design revisions and perform production tasks using existing style guidelines
  • Visually maintain the brand DNA image to ensure consistency across all materials
  • Translation of brand strategies into marketing creative targeted to consumers
  • Work with sales, account, and product development teams to ascertain needs to develop creative directions, concepts and specifications to meet client objectives and budgets
  • Prepare design elements for client presentations
  • Maintain a working knowledge and proficiency of all technical aspects of development and production of creative solutions
  • Collaborate with Jingit’s Creative Director to develop designs that advocate for our clients, and persuade and educate their audiences
  • Effectively present ideas; both visually and verbally
  • Strong problem solving skills and love a good challenge

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 1-2 years of professional design experience
  • Proficiency in Mac software applications including: Adobe CS5, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote or PowerPoint required
  • HTML and Flash experience preferred
  • Previous work experience demonstrating innovative and creative thinking
  • Strong knowledge of social and interactive marketing
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional manner
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete projects in a timely fashion
  • Self-starter with minimal need for day-today supervision
  • Knowledge of design principles, color and best practices
  • Developed design skills with the ability to work on a wide range of projects
  • Understanding of the value of design within a business context and user experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in an ever-changing and collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Translation of brand strategies into marketing creative targeted consumers
  • Visually maintain the brand DNA image to ensure consistency across all materials
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
